Located in pristine pine forest this location has an abundance of lichen covered perches, old gnarled pines and vibrant green pine needled tree tops, in which you can photograph this rare pine forest specialist.
With no hides (the birds are totally relaxed and used to human presence) you have total freedom to move around, allowing you to cover many different perches and background colour and of course vary the light from front lit to backlit.
The sessions are partly guided. I will meet you at arranged meeting point, you will then follow me to location. Once there I will show you the set up and give you some hints and tips of how to get the most out of your session. Then I will leave you to concentrate on your photography and return later to guide you out.
