- 500mm f4 IS L lens
- 70-200 f2.8 IS L lens
- 180mm Macro lens
- 17-40mm f4 L wide angle zoom
- 1/4 converter

- LC3 Remote Control
- 550EX Speedlite Flash
- Speedlite Transmitter ST-E
For panoramic landscapes I use the Hasselblad Xpan with 45mm and 90mm lenses.
Camera supports
Firm stable camera and lens support is essential when using long lenses. I use a Gitzo G1348 carbon fiber tripod with an Arca Swiss B1 QS monoball head. When unable to use a tripod, or working from a vehicle, a Wildlife Watching Supplies double beanbag filled with sunflower seeds does the trick perfectly.
Lowepro
Carrying and protecting your equipment is vital, which is why I use Lowepro. With their superb build quality and vast range to choose from, you can't go wrong.
My own choice is a Photo Trekker AW II combined with the Street and Field System, another addition has been the Rover Plus AW (great for landscape day trips in the hill's.)
I take the gear I want from the Pro Trekker and transfer it to the Street and Field System, then with various lens pouch combinations I can carry just what I need without lugging everything around with me.
When flying, I take the Nature Trekker backpack which fits in the overhead locker.
Film
My main film stock is Fuji Velvia 50asa, which I use at every given opportunity. When unable to use Velvia 50 I use Fuji Provia 100asa. With my digital camera I have two 1GB Lexar Professional CompactFlash 80x speed cards.
Hides
There are two types of hide I use, both from Wildlife Watching Supplies. One is the standard dome hide in advantage leaf. The other hide is for low level work, being lower and longer then the standard dome hide. With the lens opening located at ground level and a sewn-in ground sheet you can lie down and photograph from ground level.
Filters
Various Lee neutral density graduated filters, with foundation kit holder.
